Prashant Bhandari

I build software, products, and teams.

I'm a full-stack developer and founder based in Sydney, Australia. I build SaaS products like Xerofy and Spentra, run Yuganta Tech, and enjoy turning ideas into useful products from build to launch.

Work

Things I've built or shipped at work. Each one taught me something the last one didn't.

Xerofy bank statement processing interface

Xerofy

xerofy.app

Turning bank statements into clean, review-ready data.

Xerofy converts bank statement PDFs into structured transaction data, validates the results, and gives accountants a realtime review workspace before export.

I built the end-to-end processing pipeline, from document ingestion and extraction to validation, background jobs, realtime progress, and CSV export.

Spentra subscription manager dashboard

Spentra

spentra.app

Helping people see where their recurring money goes.

Spentra brings subscriptions, upcoming charges, budgets, and spending insights into one place so users can understand their recurring expenses without digging through statements.

I built the product end to end, including subscription tracking, reminders, imports, authentication, billing, dashboards, and AI-assisted insights.

Yuganta Tech website

Yuganta Tech

yugantatech.com · Since 2022

Building a company taught me to think beyond code.

Yuganta Tech is a digital growth and technology agency I founded to help businesses with content, performance marketing, web, and digital systems.

As founder, I work on the systems behind the work: building the team, shaping strategy, improving operations, managing delivery, and making sure ideas actually turn into execution.

Zaylo AI CRM pipeline view

Zaylo AI CRM

evoqed.com · 2025

Building realtime workflows for a modern CRM.

At Evoqed, I spent six months working across the frontend and backend of Zaylo, an AI-driven CRM built around email, leads, and realtime customer workflows.

I worked on Gmail integrations, webhooks, Kafka-based event flows, and Socket.IO updates, with a strong focus on making inbound activity appear reliably across the product without manual refreshes.

Mystic Journal

In progress

A quieter kind of AI journaling.

Mystic is a journaling app I'm exploring around reflection, memory, and context. The idea is simple: AI should support the writing experience, not take it over.

I'm experimenting with long-term memory, guided reflection, mobile-first journaling, and ways to make AI feel useful without becoming the product itself.

Story

How I got here. A few chapters overlap because I've rarely done just one thing at a time.

  1. Present · Sydney

    Bachelor of Information Technology

    Kingsford Institute of Higher Education

Studying Information Technology in Sydney while continuing to build products and run Yuganta. Formal education gives me the foundation; building things alongside it is where I test what I learn.

  2. Mar 2022 – Present · Australia

    Founder & CEO

    Yuganta Tech

Started Yuganta alongside freelancing and gradually turned it into a real operating business. Today I work across strategy, team building, operations, client delivery, content, paid media, and web.

Building a company has taught me a different kind of engineering: designing systems for people, not just software.

  3. Jun 2025 – Nov 2025 · Remote

    Full Stack Developer

    Evoqed Digital

Spent six months focused on Zaylo AI CRM, working across frontend and backend systems, Gmail integrations, realtime updates, webhooks, and Kafka-driven workflows.

It was my deepest experience at the time working on one production product for an extended period.

  4. Dec 2024 – Jun 2025 · Kathmandu

    IT Manager / Website Developer

    Teams Consult

Owned much of the company's digital setup, from its website and hosting to internal technology and day-to-day IT needs.

It was my first experience being responsible for technology at the business level rather than just individual features.

  5. Jun 2022 – Nov 2024 · Remote

    Freelance Web Developer

    Independent

Started freelancing while still in school, building websites and web applications for clients across real estate, e-learning, and service businesses.

It taught me one lesson early: clients rarely hand you a perfect brief. Part of the job is figuring out what they actually need and getting it shipped.

About

Prashant Bhandari

I started building websites while I was still in school. What began as curiosity turned into freelance work, professional development, SaaS products, and eventually building Yuganta Tech.

Today, I'm studying Information Technology in Sydney while working across software, product, and business. I enjoy taking messy ideas, figuring out what they could become, and turning them into something real.

Outside of code, I'm drawn to entrepreneurship, product design, technology, and the challenge of building great teams and companies.
